1 teaspoon instant coffee or espresso powder

Use a large microwave-safe mug (at least 12 oz) to avoid overflow.

Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and coffee granules. Stir well with a fork.

Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Make sure there are no dry spots at the bottom.
